So, I have ordered pizza from here twice and both times it was extremely longer than promised and super cold. You can follow your order using the online tracker and the problem both times is that the pizza was done and sitting in the restaurant for over an hour before it left for my house. I am not a fan of cold pizza which made my experience here awful!!!

This place is great! We had a small miscommunication with our delivery on both ends. However I called to clarify and they offered a refund or a discount. Although I didn't except because it was a mutual mess up, and that's not right. They still were very friendly and tried to fix the situation. I spoke with a driver named Clayton who was very sweet (and deserves a raise), he was very friendly and upbeat! I will definitely order from them again even considering the misshape!

Worst place to come, but the employee Mario was awesome! My friend Andrew who knows Mario was welcomed into the store and he came to pick up our pizza , I was waiting in the car until Andrew returned to tell me that the manager treated Mario like shit, this Is how it went so Andrew came in to get the pizza , Mario kindly told Andrew to hold on and another customer asked the manager if she needed help then the manager told the customer yes because her CSR doesn't know how to do things and then Mario had to put a customer on hold politely and told the manager that he didn't appreciate the way how he was being treated and then she told him to basically go home , apparently the managers name was Sydney this manager needs to be fired for her behavior !! I found it to be very disrespectful to the employee and she didn't show any sign that she loved her job don't order from the manager Sydney because she treats her employees with disrespect but cudos to Mario who stood up his ground and still gave good service to the person on the phone and to my boyfriend .

Second time in a row that they have screwed up my chicken wing order. On both occasions I ordered barbecue on the first delivery they delivered hot and spicy and on the second delivery they ordered buffalo what is going on in this location?????????Not happy!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! The Pizza is always GREAT! but please save yourself a frustrated dinner, lunch etc. and ONLY PICK-UP ORDERS from this location. They have the worst drivers I will never have delivery from here again. I will only pick up orders from now on. Driver was actually rude and

I really need to be able to make two reviews, because the online experience is excellent, while actually calling the store was ridiculously bad. I had a credit to use for a free pizza (having had the wrong pizza brought to me the previous time), so I wanted to make things easier for the cashiers and simply call in my order and inform them of my credit. First call: "(unintelligible crackling)...........---minos hold please." Click. No greeting, no asking if I can hold, not even a complete sentence. I hold for five minutes and nothing happens, so I hang up and call again. Second call: "(unintelligible crackling and static).......---nos hold ----" Click. Same charming exchange. I'm placed on hold again, only for the line to disconnect three minutes later. One last try. Third call: "Ring........ring......ring......" etc., with no answer for four minutes (I am determined to make this work!) Finally I get a crackly, disgruntled answer from the same girl as the first two calls. She tells me to hold, but before she can do so, I quickly tell her that I would rather not, since I've had some trouble already. I tell her that I have a store credit and would like to use it. She informs me that in order to use it, I need to order online and then call back to remind them to use the credit. I request to simply order over the phone to avoid the same mistake as the last time. And besides that, I want to ensure that the money left over from the credit goes to the driver. She flatly refuses, telling me that I need to order online and then call yet again. So I give up, telling her that I will do so. I make my online order, which was easy, fun, and convenient. I congratulate Dominos on their online ordering system! I'm sure that the mistake last time was a simple one, and I'm not one to become angry over something small. Unfortunately, their online ordering system is far preferable to interacting with the very unfriendly and blunt girl working at this location. So I make my online order, breathe a wary sigh, and dial the number for the fourth time. It rings several times, then cuts off, and I'm left with a dial tone. I'm assuming that the employee, tired of having to deal with me, simply recognized my number and hung up. I certainly hope that this assumption is wrong. Moral of my story! For this Dominos location, save yourself the grief of calling and enjoy the themed pizza tracker online. Don't forget to tip your drivers!

Worst Domino's in the slc area. If you want cold pizza and you like waiting 3 hours to finally recieve your order, give this place a call. Oh and if you call the store to complain the manager named Kenneth is a complete jerk to you which really completes the experience;)
